I am a practice manager for a large podiatry practice in Upstate New York  ( Refer to www.metrofootcare.com).  Our annual revenue has consistently been over 3 million dollars and we monopolize a third of podiatry in our city.  We have won our city’s contest of the best podiatry practice in the city five years in a row!  (Refer to Democrat & Chronicle, Rochester’s Choice Award).  I believe this is due to not only having knowledgeable & personable doctors, but a staff of excellence.  50% of our staff has been employed with us 10+ years; we have very little turnover because we know what it takes to keep good people!

I pride myself on employing only the best & rewarding people when possible for their efforts.  I put these evaluation forms together over a period of months, not days.  I really wanted to come up with something unique that focused on evaluating employees in the medical field.  (However, I also offer non-medical evaluation forms as well).  The products I offer come from years of experience, not just theory of what “might” work when evaluating your staff or trying to cut expenses.
